Lifelong Learning for Empowerment: Upskilling and Reskilling Pathways - EARTHE

ERTHE empowers adult learners and adult education (AE) coaches to overcome skills mismatch and adapt to the rapidly evolving labour market through the development of innovative, media-rich learning resources and tools.

Through its activities, the project aims to enhance adults’ adaptability, workplace retention, and career reorientation by strengthening soft skills and digital readiness. By equipping AE coaches with innovative curricula and methodologies, and supporting learners in identifying and addressing their soft skills gaps and strengths, the project fosters personal and professional growth, job satisfaction, and efficiency. Through transnational collaboration, the initiative bridges practice, methodology, and real labour market needs, promoting inclusive and future-oriented adult learning.

The overall mission of the project is to empower adult learners to become resilient, self-aware, and proactive in managing their career development in the context of continuous digital and societal transformation. Through participatory, real-life scenario-based learning and tailored empowerment workshops, the project promotes lifelong skills development, ensuring equal and open access to learning opportunities and supporting adults in navigating the demands of the modern workplace.

Activities

Applying PERMAculture as a pedagogical tool for building healthy SCHOOL ecosystems - PERMASCHOOL

PermaSchool utilises permaculture to empower educators and students in becoming engaged in climate action.

Through its activities, the project aims to improve educators’ skills and students’ understanding of permaculture and environmental sustainability. Through transnational and cross-sectoral collaboration, this project bridges the gap between policy, research, and practice, fostering a hands-on approach to environmental education.

The overall mission of PermaSchool is to empower behavioural shifts regarding climate action and trigger a permacultural approach and climate political engagement through dialogue and participatory co-creation.

Inclusive GeNder and sexual orIenTEation navigation for transformation anD emPOWERment- IGNITED-POWER

IGNITED-POWER is on a mission to combat the marginalization of LGBTQIA+ youth.

Through inclusive education, participatory research, and cross-sector collaboration, the project empowers young people to become agents of change in their communities.

By bridging policy, practice, and youth voices, IGNITED-POWER promotes equity, combats SOGIESC-based prejudice, and strengthens social inclusion.

Activities

IGNITED-POWER will (1) enhance inclusion and diversity by creating educational and media resources to combat SOGIESC discrimination; (2) improve the quality of work for youth workers by providing them with material centered around SOGIESC issues, enabling them to effectively address discrimination and harassment faced by youth, and (3) strengthen links between research, policy and practice through multi-stakeholder roundtables involving policy-makers, LGBTQIA+ youth and youth workers.
