Lifelong Learning for Empowerment: Upskilling and Reskilling Pathways - EARTHE

ERTHE empowers adult learners and adult education (AE) coaches to overcome skills mismatch and adapt to the rapidly evolving labour market through the development of innovative, media-rich learning resources and tools.

Through its activities, the project aims to enhance adults’ adaptability, workplace retention, and career reorientation by strengthening soft skills and digital readiness. By equipping AE coaches with innovative curricula and methodologies, and supporting learners in identifying and addressing their soft skills gaps and strengths, the project fosters personal and professional growth, job satisfaction, and efficiency. Through transnational collaboration, the initiative bridges practice, methodology, and real labour market needs, promoting inclusive and future-oriented adult learning.

The overall mission of the project is to empower adult learners to become resilient, self-aware, and proactive in managing their career development in the context of continuous digital and societal transformation. Through participatory, real-life scenario-based learning and tailored empowerment workshops, the project promotes lifelong skills development, ensuring equal and open access to learning opportunities and supporting adults in navigating the demands of the modern workplace.
