More than just a communications organisation, WECHANGE sparks action and critical thought by breaking away from traditional social campaigns. Through a multidisciplinary approach, WE brings together people who want to challenge the status quo and address societal issues on their own terms.

We focus our efforts on social equity, environment and climate action, and education through initiatives that drive meaningful change. Our aim is to make space for dialogue, and reflection in ways that can inspire real action.

Our work is driven by a commitment to local communities, amplifying their voices, connecting their experiences to global topics, and empowering them to step up, question, respond and imagine a fairer future for all.

WE is a vibrant voice built to resonate with people who crave authenticity and a unique perspective on important issues.

Global topics hit differently when you see them through the streets, homes, and lived experiences of Cyprus – and that’s where we work. Guided by curiosity, collaboration, and community insight, we explore pressing social issues through a local lens – connecting everyday realities to wider global conversations.

We embed ourselves within local contexts, listening first and building relationships that allow stories and perspectives to emerge. By blending creativity, research, and strategic communication, we transform complex social issues into accessible narratives and collective actions.

We use whatever tools speak loudest – videos, articles, creative media, pop-up actions, grassroots activations – to get people thinking, questioning, and connecting.

Our methods mix research, storytelling, art, and strategy to reveal what’s usually overlooked and spark conversations that people actually want to have. Our works takes shape through:

  • research-driven insights shaped by participatory action and community knowledge
  • strategic communication that gives these insights clarity, purpose, and reach
  • narrative and storytelling strategies that highlight community experiences and untold stories
